Trystar is hiring a Maintenance Technician I for its Troy, Michigan facility. Reporting to the Facilities/Maintenance Leader, the role performs preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and rebuilding of company equipment; documents work; and supports machinery installation and facility maintenance. Responsibilities include general fabrication, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, pneumatics, hydraulics, forklift and scissor lift operation, inventory control, and continuous improvement. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent GED, two years of technical training in industrial maintenance or building repair and maintenance, or four years of experience as an Industrial Maintenance associate, along with English work-instruction comprehension, power-tool familiarity, safety ability, flexible hours, and participation in a maintenance on-call rotation.
