Baxter is hiring a Maintenance Technician II to support daily pharmaceutical manufacturing operations by troubleshooting and repairing electrical and mechanical equipment, performing preventative maintenance, tracking equipment failures, maintaining documentation, analyzing spare parts, and assisting with equipment installation and startup. The role requires 3–5 years of electromechanical experience, a high school diploma or GED, strong communication and procedural-writing skills, and familiarity with cGMP regulations; CMMS, schematic-reading, enterprise software, and pharmaceutical or medical-device experience are preferred. The estimated base salary is $72,000–$99,000 annually, with medical and dental coverage starting on day one and no visa sponsorship available.
