Description
The Maintenance Mechanic troubleshoots and repairs moderate-to-complex equipment, works with plumbing, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical systems, performs welding, mold changes, production equipment installation and modification, and follows plant preventative maintenance and food-safety procedures. The role requires 1–2 years of related experience or training, OSHA forklift and scissor/platform-lift certifications, and a schedule of 5:45 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. plus every other weekend.
