Description
The Maintenance Technician 3 performs preventative and on-demand maintenance on electrical motors, material-handling equipment, propane torches, lifts, power tools, welding and grinding equipment, electrical test equipment, and other warehouse systems. The role also handles general building and conveyor maintenance, light plumbing, carpentry, painting, and other assignments, while supporting supervisors and other technicians. It requires knowledge of electrical, HVAC, energy management, hydraulics, pneumatics, and conveyor systems, along with troubleshooting, blueprint reading, MHE certification, safety compliance, and the ability to work in a warehouse environment. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday from 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., with a $2,000 retention bonus and other benefits.
