Description
The Maintenance Technician performs painting, wall and ceiling repairs, building-system maintenance, plumbing, electrical, appliance, floor-striping, snow removal, and storm-response work. The role reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and Facility Manager, requires a high school education, at least five years of maintenance or related supervisory experience, a valid driver’s license, and required clearance and physical testing. It is physically demanding, requires availability on call, and follows a Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday schedule from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, with Tuesday and Wednesday off.
