Description
Forest Home is hiring a part-time Facilities Maintenance Technician to provide maintenance and repair for buildings and infrastructure. The role covers preventive maintenance, inspections, work-order management through a CMMS, and repairs involving secondary voltage, LP, HVAC, plumbing, electrical wiring, carpentry, painting, masonry, roofing, and welding. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 2–5 years of related experience, CMMS and Microsoft skills, broad facility-repair ability, and a Class B driving certification with hazardous-materials certification. Compensation is $17.00–$22.00 per hour.
