Description
The Maintenance Technical Leader will manage the Ingot Department’s maintenance performance across EHS, productivity, asset management, people development, contracting, cost control, and quality. Reporting to the Lead Area Manager - Ingot, the role directly supervises up to 10 salaried personnel and indirectly supervises 50+ hourly craft employees, while providing 24/7 operational support as needed. Responsibilities include developing reliability plans, leading problem-solving and upskilling activities, managing maintenance budgets and outages, and improving KPIs. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, at least seven years of manufacturing or industrial maintenance experience, at least four years of supervisory experience, and at least three years of department management experience; visa sponsorship is not available.
