Description
The Maintenance Technical Supervisor leads frontline maintenance activities for a 12-hour night shift in a 24/7 fairlife manufacturing operation. The role coordinates technicians, responds to equipment breakdowns, leads troubleshooting and repairs, manages work orders and spare parts, supports TPM and reliability initiatives, and ensures compliance with safety, food safety, GMP, and regulatory requirements. The position is primarily plant-floor based, requires a rotating 2-2-3 schedule, and offers a base salary of $90,000 to $100,000 USD.
