Description
Ryder is hiring a Technical Trainer to administer training for FMS maintenance employees, coordinate training schedules and attendance, develop and update training materials, maintain training records, support training facilities, and promote safety and recognition programs. The role requires an H.S. Diploma or GED, offers a preferred bachelor's degree, and seeks candidates with heavy-duty truck experience, transportation industry experience, people-management experience, and prior training and development experience. The position is based in Louisville, Knoxville, Charlotte, or Baton Rouge, requires more than 75% travel, and pays $75,000 annually.
