Milhaus is hiring a full-time Maintenance Technician for Arrello Apartments in Olathe, Kansas. The role is responsible for repairing and maintaining mechanical and electrical equipment, plumbing fixtures, structural facilities, and grounds, while responding to service work orders, refurbishing vacant units, performing painting and cleaning, assisting with preventative maintenance and inspections, and complying with company policies and safety regulations. The position requires at least one year of maintenance experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, HVAC certification preferred or obtainable after hire, a valid driver’s license, and knowledge of OSHA and EHO requirements.
