Description
Camden is seeking a Maintenance Technician to handle apartment-community service requests, preventative maintenance, make-ready repairs, groundskeeping, pool maintenance, and general upkeep while providing excellent customer service to residents, guests, and vendors. The role requires troubleshooting and repairing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other community systems; documenting work in Onesite; coordinating with the maintenance team; and working a varied schedule that may include weekends, holidays, and rotating on-call coverage. Applicants should have at least six months of maintenance experience, technical apartment-maintenance knowledge, dependable transportation, and preferably a high school diploma, trade-school certification, and EPA refrigerant certification.
