Description
The Maintenance Technician – 1st Shift maintains, troubleshoots, repairs, installs, tests, adjusts, and commissions mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, plumbing, welding, fabrication, and facility systems in a manufacturing environment. The role performs preventive, predictive, scheduled, and emergency maintenance; completes work orders; documents repairs; communicates with production and management; and responds to equipment breakdowns. A high school diploma or equivalent and one to two years of relevant maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment are required, while mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, plumbing, welding, or fabrication experience is preferred.
