Crothall Healthcare is hiring a Maintenance Technician for its VCU Health facility in Richmond, Virginia. The role performs basic maintenance, repairs, equipment upkeep, minor carpentry, plumbing, painting, electrical work, drywall maintenance, work-order logging, inspections, and related tasks. It is a first-shift position from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, with a salary of $22 to $26 per hour. Applicants need 1–3 years of general building maintenance experience, a driver’s license with a clean driving record, and familiarity with building automation systems, generator monitoring, and work-order systems.
