Description
Goldmark Property Management is hiring a Maintenance Technician 2 to complete service requests and repairs across heating, plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, flooring, HVAC, and other general maintenance areas. The role also prepares open apartments for rental, conducts building inspections, maintains property grounds, documents work, and supports resident and team relationships. Candidates need a high school degree or GED, advanced maintenance skills, a valid driver’s license, vehicle, insurance, and a clean driving record, with related experience or training preferred. Starting pay is $21 per hour, with potential incentive earnings and benefits including medical, dental, vision, HSA, paid time off, and retirement matching.
