The role involves installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical, electronic, pneumatic, hydraulic, and machine-control systems; performing preventive maintenance; completing light welding and fabrication; and coordinating with maintenance, engineering, and production teams. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalency, computer literacy, Microsoft Office experience, and 2–5 years of manufacturing maintenance experience, with machine-tool troubleshooting and safety experience emphasized.
