Description
The Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for repairing, maintaining, inspecting, and troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and industrial production equipment in a manufacturing facility. The role includes preventative maintenance, vendor coordination, root-cause analysis, process recommendations, tool and parts housekeeping, and on-call support. It requires a high school diploma or GED, at least five years of manufacturing experience preferred, and knowledge of electrical systems, blueprints, hydraulics, PLCs, and industrial maintenance systems.
