Link Snacks is hiring a Maintenance Technician for a second-shift food manufacturing facility in Wisconsin. The role maintains, troubleshoots, repairs, and improves production, packaging, and facility equipment; performs preventive and predictive maintenance; supports production changeovers and startup activities; and maintains maintenance records and safety compliance. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, at least three years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment, and electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills. Food manufacturing, packaging equipment, PLC troubleshooting, welding, and related technical training are preferred.
