Precision, Inc. is hiring a full-time Maintenance Technician for its Precision Pulley & Idler division in Humboldt, Iowa. The role is on-site, requires a second shift, and involves coordinating maintenance, repair, upgrades, and upgrades of electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and related assets; overseeing installation and operation; delegating tasks; supporting preventive and total productive maintenance programs; and resolving system malfunctions. The position requires at least five years of related experience or training, knowledge of welding, hydraulics, electrical systems, machinery operation, and blueprint reading, along with MS Office proficiency, safety and communication skills, and forklift and lockout/tagout training.
