RealTruck is hiring a Maintenance Technician for its Massillon, Ohio plant on the second shift, Monday through Thursday from 3:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. and Friday from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. The role performs preventive maintenance, repairs assembly equipment, responds to facility work requests, creates special tools, rebuilds machines and heavy equipment, and troubleshoots equipment. A high school diploma or GED is required, while 1–3 years of maintenance experience, basic electrical knowledge, fluid power experience, welding experience, and computer and math skills are preferred or advantageous.
