Description
The Maintenance Technician 1 performs building maintenance and basic equipment repairs, including troubleshooting and maintaining small tools, HVAC systems, lighting, restrooms, painting, and pneumatic systems. The role partners with Maintenance Tech II on preventative maintenance, assists with new fixtures and office equipment, maintains work records, and supports a safe and clean work environment. It requires a high school diploma or GED, two years of experience with mechanical systems, tools, or machines, and basic computer and measurement skills; forklift experience is preferred. The position is an individual contributor with no management responsibilities and involves heavy physical work in inside and outside production-based environments.
