Description
The Maintenance Technician performs routine and preventive maintenance, minor repairs, property inspections, emergency repairs, and basic construction support across company properties. The role covers carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, flooring, drywall, safety compliance, record keeping, and inventory management. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of building maintenance or construction experience, proficiency in the listed trades, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions.
