Description
Camden's Maintenance Technician services and maintains an apartment community by completing resident service requests, preparing vacant apartments for move-in, performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, maintaining community grounds and pools, documenting work in Onesite, and providing customer service to residents, guests, and vendors. The role requires at least six months of maintenance experience, preferably in apartments, and may involve rotating on-call duties, weekends, holidays, and physically demanding outdoor work.
