Description
The Maintenance Technician provides technical support for Associated Materials' Maintenance department by performing preventive and predictive maintenance, repairing mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, CNC, and other production equipment, installing and relocating machinery, responding to trouble calls, and supporting plant projects. The role requires 2–3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment, knowledge of servo drives, motors, software-controlled CNC machinery, and PLCs, tool-handling proficiency, and basic mathematical and geometric knowledge. The position is primarily performed in a noisy manufacturing plant with physical demands including lifting, climbing, bending, and prolonged standing or sitting.
