The role involves reading work orders and specifications, prioritizing repair and maintenance assignments, assisting with new machinery installation, following safety procedures, teaching newer employees, and performing preventive maintenance on production equipment. The position requires a high school diploma, strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, knowledge of machines and tools, and the ability to identify problems and develop solutions; mechanical and electrical experience in printing or thermoforming and tow-motor experience are preferred.
