Description
The Maintenance Technician performs general building maintenance under the supervision of the Facility Manager, including electrical and mechanical preventative maintenance, painting, drywall repair, snow removal, office relocations, and other assigned duties. The role requires physical ability to work for up to eight hours, lift up to 75 pounds, push equipment weighing up to 175 pounds, and climb ladders. Preferred qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid state driver's license, a good driving record, mechanical aptitude, safety awareness, independent work ability, and blueprint-reading skills.
