The role involves performing maintenance on production equipment, optimizing operations, ensuring safety and quality compliance, and mentoring production teams. Responsibilities include managing maintenance interventions, diagnosing malfunctions, participating in equipment installations, contributing to project work, supporting subcontractors, and producing technical documentation. The technician will also focus on continuous improvement initiatives, tracking KPIs, and implementing optimization solutions. Additionally, they will handle HSE responsibilities, promoting safe machine usage and reporting risks.
