CooperZadeh Holdings is hiring a Maintenance Technician to support Build-to-Rent communities in Waxahachie, Texas. The role handles service requests, repairs across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, drywall, septic, and carpentry systems, preventative maintenance, make-ready turns, property inspections, work-order documentation in Yardi CMMS, resident and vendor communication, and safety compliance. Candidates need at least two years of residential, multifamily, or BTR maintenance experience, strong repair knowledge, a valid Texas-Oklahoma driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel between communities.
