Description
The Maintenance Technician maintains the physical integrity, cleanliness, safety, and appearance of a residential community, including its grounds, apartments, equipment, tools, and public areas. Responsibilities include apartment turnovers and make-readies, painting, carpentry, drywall repair, appliance maintenance, work-order response, inspections, OSHA and safety compliance, customer service, training participation, and rotating on-call coverage. The role requires 1–3 years of relevant maintenance experience, physical ability to lift at least 50–75 pounds and stand for extended shifts, weekend availability, and strong attention to detail.
