Description
Standex International is hiring a Maintenance Technician to maintain injection molding and soft trim lamination machinery, robots, auxiliary equipment, and facility systems during plant startup and ongoing production. The role performs preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoots hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, electrical, and PLC-controlled systems, sets up and calibrates molds, manages spare parts and maintenance logs, and collaborates with production while following safety and environmental standards. Candidates need a high school diploma, technical training or equivalent experience, at least three years maintaining injection molding equipment, and strong industrial maintenance, robotics, and troubleshooting skills.
