Nature’s Way is hiring a Maintenance Technician in Green Bay, Wisconsin for 2nd or 3rd shift work supporting facility upkeep, manufacturing/distribution equipment repair, and preventive maintenance. The role involves troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, pneumatic/hydraulic, HVAC, electrical/electronic, and automation-related equipment; maintaining SOPs and PM programs; coordinating maintenance requests; and performing general facility tasks such as furniture repair, lighting replacement, and snow removal. The position requires an industrial mechanic’s degree or certification, 5 to 8 years of related experience, a valid driver’s license, PLC knowledge, and the ability to read schematics and use hand tools and measurement instruments.
