Capano Residential is hiring a full-time Maintenance Technician/General Maintenance in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The role reports to the Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager and performs building, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, appliance, grounds, and preventative maintenance work in a multifamily housing environment. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, own transportation, tools, physical ability to lift at least 50 pounds, and a clean criminal background. Compensation is $22–$30 hourly plus benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability benefits, a 401(k) match, paid time off, and a health savings account.
