Description
The Production Machine Maintenance Technician builds, fabricates, relocates, troubleshoots, repairs, and maintains production machines through programming, calibration, adjustment, and design changes. The role includes preventive maintenance, PLC and robotics programming, forklift operation, recordkeeping, continuous improvement, and compliance with quality and safety standards. It requires a high school diploma or GED, a two-year technical degree or 3–5 years of maintenance experience, and 1–3 years of AC/DC voltage and industrial maintenance experience. The position involves shift work, overtime, possible travel, and physically demanding work including standing, lifting up to 75 pounds, and working in confined spaces and high-voltage environments.
