Description
Capano Residential is hiring a full-time Maintenance Technician/General Maintenance in Coral Springs, Florida. The role reports to the Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager and performs building, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, appliance, grounds, and preventative maintenance work in a multifamily housing environment. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, own transportation, tools, physical ability to lift at least 50 pounds, and a clean criminal background. Compensation is $22–$28 hourly plus benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability benefits, a 401(k) match, paid time off, and a health savings account.
