Description
Camden is seeking a customer-focused Maintenance Technician to handle apartment-community service requests, preventative maintenance, make-ready preparation, groundskeeping, pool maintenance, and repairs. The role includes coordinating with the maintenance team, serving residents and vendors, documenting work in Onesite, troubleshooting HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, and working a varied schedule with rotating on-call coverage. Candidates should have at least six months of maintenance experience, technical apartment-maintenance knowledge, and preferably a high school diploma, trade-school certification, and EPA refrigerant certification.
