Second Nature Brands is hiring a full-time Maintenance Technician for its Sanders Chocolate Factory in Clinton Township, Michigan. The role maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs food manufacturing equipment, including packaging machinery, conveyors, boilers, and refrigeration systems; performs preventive and predictive maintenance; responds to emergency breakdowns; and follows food safety, quality, and safety standards. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of maintenance experience in food manufacturing or an industrial environment, mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work in physically demanding conditions. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m., with weekday or weekend overtime as needed, and pays $26 per hour plus a $1.00 shift premium.
