Pedcor Homes is hiring an Apartment Maintenance Technician to fulfill service requests, maintain apartment grounds, prepare apartments, and perform drywall repair, painting, general plumbing, and general electrical work. The role requires customer service, professionalism, attention to detail, communication, Monday-to-Friday availability from 8 AM to 5 PM, shared on-call responsibility, and weekend availability. Applicants must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and car insurance, with five years of previous apartment maintenance experience required.
