Description
The Maintenance Technician will conduct regular inspections of buildings, grounds, and machinery, performing routine tasks such as replacing light bulbs, lubricating parts, and changing HVAC filters. They will also address immediate maintenance requests, potentially requiring availability during off-hours or weekends. The technician will track work orders using a Maintenance Management System, monitor supply inventory, and order replacement parts as necessary. Responsibilities include repairing plumbing issues and restoring water fixtures, as well as fixing damaged electrical wiring.
