The Maintenance Technician performs preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, installation, and modification of buildings, equipment, and facilities. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, five years of building maintenance or building-systems/repair experience, facility-maintenance expertise, and a valid driver's license.
