Description
The Engineering Facility Maintenance Technician maintains, troubleshoots, repairs, and performs preventive maintenance on building systems and equipment, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and building automation systems. The role responds to work orders and emergency repairs, maintains equipment and safety compliance, documents maintenance activities, coordinates with contractors and vendors, and supports facility improvement projects. A high school diploma or GED is required, while technical school certification and 3+ years of relevant experience are preferred; HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical experience are also required.
