Description
The Maintenance Technician performs preventive, corrective, and troubleshooting maintenance on equipment, machinery, and facility systems, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, lighting, plumbing, HVAC, and structural work. The role completes maintenance work orders, conducts inspections, collaborates with vendors and contractors, and follows safety procedures. It requires a high school diploma or GED, 2–5 years of similar maintenance or technician experience, and knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and basic plumbing systems; the schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with pay of $27 per hour.
