ABM is hiring a full-time Maintenance Technician to perform building maintenance, repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance across university facilities. The role covers electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, doors, locks, lighting, fixtures, and mechanical equipment, including emergency repairs, after-hours response, and on-call participation. The position pays $23–$26 per hour and requires a high school diploma or GED, three to five years of relevant experience, and the ability to work safely in varying conditions, including heights and confined spaces.
