Description
The Maintenance Technician performs preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, inspections, repairs, and upgrades on equipment, machinery, and building systems such as lighting, plumbing, and HVAC. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 2–5 years of maintenance or technician experience, knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and basic plumbing systems, blueprint and schematic reading, troubleshooting skills, and the ability to lift 50–75 pounds. The position works Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and pays $22.00–$25.00 per hour.
