Description
The Maintenance Technician will support the Director of Engineering and Maintenance Supervisor in maintaining the hotel’s buildings, plant, equipment, fixtures, and assets. Responsibilities include inspecting, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining building systems such as plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, and HVAC equipment; conducting plant inspections; performing preventative and corrective maintenance; completing scheduled maintenance tasks; and maintaining accurate records. The role requires hands-on maintenance experience, knowledge of maintenance strategies, communication skills, reliability, and flexibility with shifts.
