Description
Fairmont Southampton is hiring a Maintenance Technician to report to the Director of Engineering and maintain the resort’s facilities, guest rooms, equipment, and building systems. The role responds to maintenance requests, performs repairs and preventive maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and general building systems, supports guest and departmental operations, maintains safety and records, and collaborates with the Engineering team. Candidates need at least two years of maintenance or engineering experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-call rotations.
