Description
The employer is seeking a Maintenance Technician to work throughout Wallonia for a building-construction-sector client. The role involves commissioning installations, performing technical diagnostics, and working across apartment buildings, shops, offices, and other sites. Candidates need initial building-maintenance experience, knowledge of combustion, regulation, hydraulics, chimneys, electricity, and regulations, a category B driving licence, an up-to-date VCA certificate or willingness to obtain one, analytical skills, outdoor-work experience, and flexibility.
