Description
The Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for preventive maintenance, annual machinery overhauls, safe workplace compliance, and environmental considerations. The role requires knowledge of bearings, seals, pneumatics, hydraulics, piping, and welding; the ability to read mechanical drawings; comfort working at heights; and willingness to work rotating early, late, and daytime shifts. After internal training, the employee joins a two-shift maintenance team and receives a permanent contract after a successful interim period.
