Description
The Industrial Maintenance Technician performs entry- to mid-level break-fix and preventative maintenance, repairs and replaces defective parts, reconditions machine tools, identifies parts and supplies, supports the maintenance department, maintains CMMS records, troubleshoots control-system circuitry, and may operate basic metalworking tools and perform basic welding. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, an associate degree with a technical focus, 18 months of related experience, or successful completion of the ATS Technician Progression Program, along with knowledge of basic electrical and mechanical systems and the ability to use hand tools. The position is typically performed in a loud factory environment and offers a pay range of $23.59 to $30.16 USD, with medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k) matching, and tuition reimbursement benefits.
