The Industrial Maintenance Technician performs expert-level break-fix and preventative maintenance on industrial equipment, troubleshoots electrical, mechanical, fluid-power, and control systems, sources parts, operates metalworking tools and welding equipment, uses predictive maintenance and CMMS data, and supports training and continuous-improvement activities. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, an associate technical degree with five years of related experience, or seven years of industry experience, along with experience in predictive technologies, precision alignment, and process-equipment maintenance.
