AIR Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team at The Grove at Cherry Creek in Centennial, CO. This role involves performing basic apartment turns, completing resident requested repairs and routine maintenance, troubleshooting and repairing/placing plumbing, electrical components, HVAC equipment, and appliances. The technician will also provide functional/technical direction and training to others, manage vendor quality, and assist with move-in/move-out inspections.
