The role requires on-call and overtime availability, electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, PLC and drive-system work, utility-system knowledge, equipment installation, and adherence to safety and EHS procedures. Candidates need an industrial maintenance certificate or technical school degree, at least five years of proven experience, and proficiency with English, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
